• Deliver personalized care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
• Assist with daily living activities as needed (depending on role)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow all regulatory, safety, and infection control guidelines

• Relevant certification, license, or experience (varies by role)
