• Construction-related experience preferred (but not required for all positions)

• Must have aclean criminal record

• Must be able topass a background checkdue to clearance requirements

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Ability to follow safety procedures and job site rules

• Strong work ethic and dependability

• Job sites may include secured or restricted areas
