St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Part-Time TeacherAssistant to join our faith-filled early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Support the mission and Catholic values of St. Ignatius Early Childhood Center.
- Assist the Lead Teacher with daily classroom activities and routines.
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming learning environment.
- Encourage positive social, emotional, and academic development.
- Prepare classroom materials and learning centers.
- Maintain open, professional communication with staff and families.
- Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience working with young children, preferably in an educational setting.
- CPR and First Aid
- DCF 40 clock hours certification
- Actively participate in classroom activities
Employment is conditional upon the successful fulfillment of a Level II Background Screening and Safe Environment Training.
