Base Salary + Commissions | Income Potential: $60,000–$90,000

AAA Insurance – Oharriz Insurance Agency is growing in Cape Coral and is looking for a motivated, licensed insurance professional ready to sell, build relationships, and grow their income. Represent the trusted AAA brand while helping customers protect their auto, home, life, and more.
Compensation & Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
- Work with prospects and AAA members to identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, Umbrella, Flood, and other available insurance products.
- Develop new business through agency leads, referrals, follow-up, and proactive sales activity.
- Provide a professional, customer-focused experience from quote through policy activation.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to bundle coverage.
What We're Looking For:
- Florida 20-44 Personal Lines or 2-20 General Lines (P&C) license required.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable asking for the business.
- Professional, positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Insurance sales experience preferred; a strong desire to grow and succeed is essential.
