RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative Assistant
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations
Help our Agency grow through customer acquisition and retention
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attendance
Ability to be part of a Team focused environment and support meeting agency goals
Willingness and ability to learn, and to follow directions of Team Leaders
QUALIFICATIONS:
Complete two pre-employment assessments about 30 mins each.
3 years work experience
Self-motivated and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Able to produce results
Ability to multi-task
Experience managing client relationships
Able to effectively relate to a customer
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Md State insurance licensing required
