Job Title: Part-time Field Technician

Assignment Type: 3 month contract, potential to extend and or convert to full tme

Pay: $30-35

Work Schedule: onsite, 15-20 hours a week

IT Field Technician Part-time

We're looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to provide onsite support for end users across multiple locations.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Deploy and configure laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals
• Perform system updates and preventative maintenance
• Document and manage tickets in AutoTask
• Support IT rollouts, upgrades, and other technical projects

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with desktop support and hardware deployments
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a field support environment
• Experience with ticketing systems (AutoTask is a plus)
