  • 100% Fluency in Spanish AND English is mandatory as a vast majority of employees only speak Spanish.
  • This is NOT a traditional office or HR position.
  • We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment and is comfortable spending a significant amount of the workday on the production floor.
  • The facility is not climate controlled. It can be hot, loud, and busy. You will regularly interact directly with production employees and supervisors.

What You'll Be Doing

This position serves as an administrative resource for the production workforce. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist employees with onboarding and new-hire paperwork
  • Help conduct new-hire orientations
  • Assist employees during benefits/open enrollment
  • Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
  • Enter and maintain information in the timekeeping system
  • Prepare attendance and absence reports
  • Update spreadsheets and production/employee reports
  • Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies
  • Follow up with employees regarding required training and documentation
  • Answer employee questions and help resolve routine administrative issues
  • Communicate with production supervisors and employees throughout the shift
  • Spend significant time on the production floor supporting employees
  • Handle general administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English/Spanish required
  • Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Comfortable working regularly in a non-climate-controlled facility
  • Comfortable with production noise, machinery, PPE, and being on your feet
  • Experience supporting hourly employees is strongly preferred
  • Strong computer and data-entry skills
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with attendance, timekeeping, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, benefits, or similar administrative functions is a plus
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Able to communicate comfortably with both production employees and management
  • Reliable attendance and stable work history
  • Willing to jump in and help wherever reasonably needed

  • You are uncomfortable working in heat or around production machinery and noise
  • You don't enjoy interacting directly with hourly production employees throughout the day
