Job Description
The Construction Surveyor supports field layout, GPS surveying, and as-built verification activities on commercial construction and site development projects. This role works closely with the Lead Surveyor to perform layout for both earthwork and building construction, collect as-built shots, operate GPS rover equipment, and ensure survey accuracy throughout all phases of construction. The position requires strong experience in field surveying, construction staking, site development, and interpreting construction drawings, along with a willingness to travel to project sites and collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field crews.

Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48000.00 - $58000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
