Role: Senior Distribution Leader

Location: Dallas, TX

Pay: $180,000 – $250,000 / year

Benefits: This role is eligible for comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) with a 6% employer match starting day one.

A leading North American organization recognized for its bestinclass, highly efficient distribution practices is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee a major, highvolume warehouse facility in the Dallas area. This role is ideal for a dynamic, handson executive who excels in driving performance, developing large teams, and managing complex operational environments.

Role Overview

This position leads all aspects of a multi-million sq. ft. distribution operation, directing inbound, outbound, and supporting departments while ensuring exceptional service levels and sameday fulfillment. The leader in this role will guide and empower a workforce of 500+ employees, maintaining worldclass standards in accuracy, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daytoday operations across all warehouse functions, ensuring seamless flow of goods and adherence to high performance expectations.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large, diverse team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
  • Maintain rigorous safety, quality, and accuracy standards across all processes.
  • Drive efficiency through strategic planning, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience within highvolume distribution environments, including oversight of teams of 400+ employees.
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and performancedriven operational environments preferred.
