Speech Language Pathologist in Marshall, MI

Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with early childhood and K-12 populations
• Commitment to onsite service delivery (no virtual options)
• For candidates presenting as CF, a qualified supervisor must be secured prior to the assignment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, primarily in early childhood classrooms
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student needs
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, complying with state and district guidelines
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success
