Desired Qualifications:

• Active RI Teacher Assistant (TA) Certification or CNA credential with relevant school-based experience
• Experience working with children in an educational or behavioral support setting
• Adaptability to different grade levels and classroom needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with teachers to deliver individualized and small-group support
• Providing assistance for students with academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Supervising students during classroom activities and transitions
• Aiding with classroom management and contributing to a positive classroom environment
• Recording student progress and providing feedback to instructional staff

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule, with hours tailored to each school level: High school (8:00 AM2:15 PM), middle school (7:05 AM2:00 PM), elementary (varied start/end times within 8:30 AM3:30 PM), and kindergarten (8:30 AM3:00 PM).
