What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure orders and inbound deliveries are processed efficiently
- Lead by example as a working team member while helping prioritize warehouse tasks and workflow
- Pick, pack, and verify customer and wholesale orders to support accurate and on-time shipments
- Receive incoming inventory, inspect shipments, reconcile documentation, and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records across warehouse systems
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory control initiatives
- Prepare shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation through company shipping platforms
- Organize staging areas, incoming freight, and outbound shipments for maximum efficiency
- Lift, move, and stage garment bags and materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Promote a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following established procedures
- Serve as a key point of communication between warehouse, production, and office teams to keep operations running smoothly
To Be Successful in This Role, You'll Bring:
- 3+ years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience
- Previous experience serving as a lead, trainer, or informal team leader within a warehouse operation preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping documentation, and warehouse best practices
- Ability to accurately manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience using inventory systems, warehouse software, and shipping platforms; ShipStation experience is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lift and handle materials weighing 30 to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments
- Dependable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on leadership style that supports team success
