Position Overview
Comfort is seeking driven individuals for anEntry Level Outside Sales & Neighborhood Marketing Reprole with clear growth opportunities and uncapped earning potential. In this field-based position, you will engage homeowners in local neighborhoods and at community events, introduce Comfort’s services, and schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates.
This isnot a closing or cold-calling role.Your responsibility is to start the conversation and set qualified appointmentsour sales team handles the rest.
Compensation & Earnings
Base Pay:$18–$20 per hour (paid weekly)
Uncapped Performance Bonuses:Earn more for every qualified appointment you set
Top Performers Average:$25–$35+ per hour (higher during peak weeks)
Your effort directly impacts your earningsthere’s no cap on what you can make.

What You’ll Be Doing
Canvass local neighborhoods and speak with homeowners face-to-face
Introduce Comfort’s home improvement solutions
Schedule free, no-obligation in-home estimates
Represent Comfort at home shows, fairs, and community events
Work alongside a fun, competitive, team-oriented environment
Track progress using simple mobile tools and a proven pitch
Basic Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation
Comfortable working outdoors
Ability to speak with homeowners in person
Driver’s license is a plus
