The Technical Service Engineer is a customer-facing engineering role within Zeochem's Sales and Technical Services team. This position supports customers who use Zeochem's molecular sieve, adsorbent, and catalyst products in industrial manufacturing and process applications.
Working closely with customers, Sales, Manufacturing, and Technical Services, the Technical Service Engineer provides technical support, analyzes process and performance data, investigates operational issues, and develops engineering recommendations to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction. This is not a software, IT, telecommunications, or installation role. Success in this position requires the application of chemical engineering principles, process troubleshooting, data analysis, and direct interaction with industrial customers and manufacturing operations.
The role offers a unique combination of engineering analysis, customer engagement, technical problem-solving, and field support. Responsibilities include evaluating customer systems, collecting and analyzing operating data, preparing technical recommendations, and supporting product applications through periodic travel to customer and manufacturing sites.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience in customer-facing technical service, process engineering, troubleshooting, and product applications while working closely with customers and industry professionals across a variety of manufacturing environments.
