Pay Rate: $17 per hour
Start Date: Oct 5th, 2026
Agent Shift: 9:00am–5:30pm Mon–Fri (Alternating weekday off to work Sat 9:00am–5:30pm bi-weekly)
Local candidate only - Must be within 1 hour of Mason OH

What’s a typical day as a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to callers regarding premier retail brands
  • Resolving customer problems via phone, escalating unresolved issues when necessary
  • Using department tools and resources to address customer needs efficiently
  • Documenting interactions and solutions in detail
  • Maintaining productivity, revenue, and quality standards
  • Communicating with courteous, professional language in all interactions
  • Collaborating within a supportive team environment
  • Creating win-win resolutions for customer challenges and professionally de-escalating issues
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are local to Mason, OH (within 1 hour) and able to attend occasional onsite training and equipment pickup/drop-off
  • Have strong customer service skills and experience (call center experience preferred, but not required)
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Can promptly de-escalate issues and support customer satisfaction
  • Are proficient with computers and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Have a private, distraction-free work area and reliable hard-wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
  • Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as part of a team
