TNM Solutions LLCis hiring an experienced and detail-orientedDispatcherto support daily delivery operations for ourAmazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP)in Rockford, IL.

This is ahands-on operations roleresponsible for coordinating drivers, ensuring smooth dispatch, and maintaining high performance across all delivery routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers’delivery progress and safe driving practices
• Set roster andschedule drivers based on route count
• Assist withmorning load-out and dispatch operations
• Ensure all vans areloaded correctly, safely, and all routes are fully covered
• Support distribution ofvans and asset bags
• Train and onboardnew drivers
• Open and close daily operations
• Inspect vans fordamage and report issues
• Monitor driverprogress, attendance, and hours
• Communicate with drivers and leadership to resolve issues in real time
• Perform additional operational tasks as needed

• Minimum 1yearof recent Amazon DSP dispatching experience (required)
• Strongcommunication and leadership skills
• Ability toinfluence and manage a team effectively
• Ability to followcompany policies and procedures
• Experience coaching and developing staff

Requirements

• Must be able towork on-site in Rockford, IL
• Availability forearly mornings, weekends, and full shifts
• Ability to work in afast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Authorized to work in the United States
