Director of Admissions and Marketing

The Pavilion at Piketon is seeking a Director of Marketing / Admissions to lead census growth and manage the admissions process within the facility.

This is a dual-role position responsible for driving referrals, managing relationships with hospitals and community partners, and overseeing the admissions pipeline from referral through admission. The ideal candidate understands the skilled nursing environment and can balance external marketing efforts with strong internal admissions execution.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full admissions process from referral through admission
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, case managers, and referral sources
• Drive census growth and improve referral conversion rates
• Review clinical referrals in collaboration with nursing and leadership
• Coordinate admissions logistics with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Track referral activity and maintain accurate reporting
• Develop and execute local marketing and outreach strategies

Qualifications
• Prior admissions, marketing, or liaison experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes
• Experience working with hospital discharge planners and referral sources
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, census-driven environment
