Personal Care Assistant

Start/End Date:ASAP through end of school year

Pay Rate:$18-$20/HR

Schedule: 7:30a - 3:30p, Monday-Friday

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Child Abuse Clearance & Criminal Record Clearance (or willing to obtain ASAP)

Plusses

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred

Day-to-Day

Provides classroom, behavioral, and personal care support to students in Autism Support, Emotional Support, and Multiple Disabilities programs across elementary and secondary school settings. The PCA provides direct support to students throughout the school day, assisting with classroom participation, behavioral needs, personal care, and daily activities while working closely with teachers and support staff.Candidates should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, be available to work the full school day Monday through Friday and possess strong communication and documentation skills to support student progress and required reporting. This role requires providing both personal care and behavioral support to students in a school-based setting.
