Branch Manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a branch with more than 30 employees, ensuring achievement of sales targets, high customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role involves driving team performance, maintaining strong customer relations, and managing financial and operational aspects to meet strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of over 30 employees to achieve branch goals
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction
• Oversee sales management to meet and exceed sales targets
• Monitor financial performance and ensure budgeting accuracy
• Train staff to enhance skills and compliance adherence
• Ensure regulatory compliance across all operations

The Material Handler and Fork Lift operators ( must have sit down and stand up experience) will support the operation to pull and sequence the orders received in a efficient timely manner to meet the shipping deadlines.
