About the Role:

As a Housekeeping team member at Pearl Pointe, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents and staff. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will ensure that our facilities are always sparkling clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is a critical role in our organization, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, common areas, and equipment, following infection control protocols and guidelines

• Restock supplies and linens, and restock cleaning carts and buckets

• Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding patient clothing and linens

• Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, including hallways, bathrooms, and common areas

• Assist with special projects and tasks as needed, such as deep cleaning and organizing storage areas

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective cleaning schedule

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence

• Physical ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods
