Dedicated Home Health (formerly Preferred Home Care), a Medicare Home Health Agency, is
hiring Per-Diem PTs!
Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment.
Requirements:
- Florida State PT License
- CPR Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- Recent Physical Exam
- 3 Years PT experience
Qualifications:
- Must be patient oriented
- Have excellent communication and written skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Experience:
- Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:- Physical Therapy License (Required)
