Northfield Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team!

We have an immediate need for vacation coverage September 14 through September 18, approximately 3 hours per day, with additional opportunities for ongoing PRN coverage.

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist license
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Dependable and flexible availability
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

As a PRN Physical Therapist with Northfield Village, you’ll work alongside our interdisciplinary team to provide individualized therapy services focused on helping residents improve mobility, strength, independence, and overall quality of life.

This is a great opportunity for a PT looking to pick up a few additional hours, assist with short-term vacation coverage, and establish an ongoing PRN relationship with our rehab team.
