Our customer inBeloit, Wisconsinis seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruitingWarehouse Associatesto work full-time on 1stshift.As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting daily shipping and packaging operations, ensuring products are safely prepared for delivery, and maintaining efficiency in a busy warehouse environment.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate:
- Pick and package orders for shipment, including preparing boxes, taping, and labeling.
- Carefully wrap products using bubble wrap and other protective materials to ensure safe shipping.
- Assemble and prepare boxes for outgoing orders.
- Use carts and ladders/stairs to retrieve products from shelving as order volume increases.
- Accurately pick items according to order requirements and shipping instructions.
- Perform weekly cycle counts after completing initial training and gaining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Warehouse AssociateRequirements and Qualifications:
- Must wear steel-toed boots
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable climbing stairs and ladders with loads
- Ability to walk and stand throughout the entire shift
- Willingness to perform repetitive tasks
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting
Pay forWarehouse Associate:Starting at $17/hour.
