Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional, and timely manner.
- Learn and confidently explain menu items, including sushi, specialty drinks, sake, and seafood sustainability practices.
- Take orders accurately and ensure food and beverages are delivered correctly.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle payments, tips, and guest feedback with professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of service areas.
- Support team members and assist with light side work as needed.
Requirements
- Prior serving experience in a fast-paced, upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Enthusiasm for sushi, sake, cocktails, and Asian cuisine (training provided).
- Ability to multitask under pressure with a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be 18+ to serve alcohol.
