We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to help us keep clients safe, clean, and compliant. - Compensation: $22 - $25/hr (Depending on Experience)
- Schedule: Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday, Night/Early Morning or Day Shifts
- Location:Office in Exton, PA, jobs within a 25 - 50 mile radius
- Overtime Available
Compensation:$22 - $25 hourly DOE
Responsibilities:- Clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and fans
- Travel to client locations within a 25 to 50-mile radius and prepare each job site professionally
- Use pressure washers and specialized equipment to remove grease and buildup effectively
- Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards to ensure compliance on every job
- Work confidently in confined spaces and at heights using ladders, lifts, and harnesses
- Capture before-and-after photos and complete job documentation and reports
- Grow into leadership opportunities by helping coordinate crews and support team operations
Qualifications:- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation required
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Full-time availability required, including overnight and early morning shifts as needed
- Experience in trades, construction, maintenance, or technician roles is a strong plus
- Prior hood cleaning experience is welcomed, but we are willing to train the right candidate
