AK Fuquay Construction, LLC performs erosion control, sediment control, ponds, gabions, and site construction work across Central Texas. We run disciplined crews, hold ourselves to strict compliance and quality standards, and invest in people who want to grow into leadership roles.

What You'll Do

• Join a new crew being built out of our Leander office
• Install erosion and sediment control materials silt fence, erosion control blankets, inlet protection, and related BMPs
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment on active jobsites
• Follow crew lead direction on daily installation tasks
• Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
• Pick up compliance basics for SWPPP and permit requirements on the job

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to work outdoors in an active job-site environment, in all weather
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical labor throughout the day
• Experience in erosion control or similar site construction preferred, not required we train
• Reliable transportation to jobsites
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
