Salary: $68,600 and $109,760 annually.

The work model for the role is: Hybrid with 90% travel required and preferred home location in Pittsburgh, PA (Home location anywhere in the state of PA, OH or MI will also be considered). #LI-Hybrid

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $68,600 and $109,760 annually.

Job Description:

· In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: Hybrid with 90% travel required and preferred home location in Pittsburgh, PA (Home location anywhere in the state of PA, OH or MI will also be considered). #LI-Hybrid

Responsibilities

· Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.

· Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.

· Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.

· Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.

· Responsibilities also include performing commissioning/start-up services, troubleshooting/repair services, and preventative maintenance on measurement and analytical equipment.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of relative experience

· Strong technical background with technical skills in startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, preventive, and unplanned maintenance of analytical products including but not limited to continuous gas analyzers and gas chromatographs

· Ability to build strong customer relationships, to work effectively with minimum supervision, demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, and be customer service oriented

· Strong Computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, and Word

· Ability and willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time, as required. Ability and willingness to possess and maintain a valid passport and driver's license

· Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for CLIENT in the US.

Education:

· Bachelor's or Technical Degree with 2+ Years or Associate's Degree/High School Diploma
