Qualifications:
- Must Possess following certifications and keep all certifications current:
- Current American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Daytime availability a must
- Must be 15 year of age or older
- Ability to demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards.
- Ability to professionally and effectively communicate with members, staff and supervisors
- Have an outgoing, friendly approach that will lead and motivate members
- Ability to maintain a level of physical and mental readiness at all times.
- 1 weekend shift per month required
