Join Our Team as an Accounting Support Associate!

Location: Bedford Heights, Ohio
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.to5 p.m.
Pay: $26/hr temp; $60k to $70k/yr, based on experience

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment?

We're looking for anAccounting Support Associate tosupport day-to-day accounting operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Process customer invoices
  • Apply cash receipts
  • Research and resolve customer and vendor discrepancies
  • Code and process vendor invoices, follow-up, and make collectionefforts
  • Provide backup support for credit related activities
  • Work withinERPSystems
  • Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have previous accounts payable and receivable experience
  • Must be able to accurately apply cash receipts
  • Experience withInvexexperience is preferred
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail
  • Be part of a supportive and collaborative team
  • Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
