Experienced Press Operator for Large Format Printing Equipment

We are Seeking a Couple of Experienced Large Format Press Operators to Run Roll to Roll, UV Flatbed & Hybrid Wide Format Printing Equipment.

Enhance a Colour, based out of Danbury, CT and working from our own 165,000 sq, ft. facility had been growing in leaps and bounds since the 2020 Pandemic. We are seeking a couple of Large Format Press Operators for our regular Large Format Printing Equipment along with our first in the USA, Full Color Digitally Created Carpet Printing Machine that prints 10 ft. wide by up to 80 ft. long to carpets on 16, 24, & 36 oz. carpet. We also have Canon’s first XL Printer, here in the USA, which uses Full Color UV Ink-Gel Inks and prints as a Hybrid Printer (roll to roll & rigid materials) at 11 feet wide by almost any length.

The operators we are seeking are EXPERIENCED with large format printing equipment:

• Have at least 2 to 3 years experience in the operation & maintenance of large format equipment.
• Ability to use computers and how files are prepared and work.
• The ability to multi-task and move from one piece of equipment to another. We will teach. (Enhance a Colour has 22 different printing units in our facility)
• Experience with Canon, Durst, HP Latex & Swiss Q flatbeds is helpful
• Are looking for a career spot not just an 8 to 5 job.
• Have the ability to recognize and visually differentiate different colors.
• Have an understanding of printing and graphics terminology
• Ability to work independently and proactively in fulfilling project needs
• Looking to work overtime when needed. (Lately there has been a lot)

Job Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week plus paid OT as needed.

Pay: Starting Base Salary $ 27.50 / hour and up based upon Experience

We are based out of our 165,000 + square foot HQ, Showroom and Manufacturing facilities in Danbury, CT. We cover NYC Area, New England and the Mid-Atlantic states and will travel the entire US doing installs and deliveries. We do virtually every type of large format digital printing known, with complete pre-production and finishing services including both metal and wood fabrication.
