• Train to operate and lead a high-speed Flexographic or Roto Gravure printing press.
• Start as a Press Assistant and advance to Press Operator within approximately 6-8 months.
• Set up and operate printing equipment for production runs.
• Load materials, change tooling, and manage inks to ensure quality output.
• Monitor machine performance, color quality, and production standards.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complete quality checks and maintain a safe work environment.

• Previous machine operating experience with complex manufacturing equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Machine operation experience in any industry. Training will be provided!
• Forklift experience.
• Manufacturing leadership or team lead experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lebanon, PA.

The pay range for this position is $54995.00 - $71240.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
