Job Title: Lead Automation Technician
Job Description
The Lead Automation Technician supports daily production by performing maintenance routines, repairs, and calibrations that extend the life and optimize the efficiency of injection molding and blow molding equipment. This role focuses on electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance of plastic injection presses, robotic troubleshooting, PLC troubleshooting, editing and ensuring all molding machines operate safely, reliably, and within specification in a climate-controlled plastics and medical device manufacturing environment.

Work Environment
The role is based in a climate-controlled manufacturing facility, providing a clean and stable work environment. The position follows a day shift schedule from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
