Core responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place candidates across a variety of positions.
- Match associates to openings based on skills, experience, and fit.
- Develop trust with clients and job seekers through consistent communication.
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Conduct postplacement followups to ensure success on both sides.
- Execute outbound recruiting and business development calls.
- Maintain precise candidate and activity documentation.
What you’ll bring
- Preferred experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communicator with relationshipbuilding savvy.
- Proactive problem solver who takes initiative.
- Organized multitasker comfortable in a fastpaced setting.
- Confident with outbound calls to candidates and clients.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
