Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, accounts payable, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to research accounting and operational questions independently and determine appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or unusual activity.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management, employees, and other third parties.
