Position: Canvassing Supervisor
Lead, train, and grow a door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, bonuses, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Compensation
Earn $100K to $275K
Requirements:
Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities
Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
Develop canvassing strategies, neighborhood mapping, and route plans
Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
