Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Quality Engineering Test Manager / UAT Lead position for our client.

Location: Piscataway, NJ
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

  • Lead end-to-end testing and UAT activities across the project lifecycle.

  • Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, schedules, and acceptance criteria.

  • Manage test execution, defect triage, prioritization, tracking, and resolution.

  • Coordinate testing across business users, QA/testing teams, developers, project managers, and senior stakeholders.

  • Manage testing scope, quality, schedule, risks, and delivery outcomes.

  • Ensure testing aligns with project requirements, business objectives, and client expectations.

Skills:

  • Test Management and UAT Leadership

  • Test Planning and Execution

  • Defect Management and Triage

  • Stakeholder Management

  • SDLC and STLC

  • Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • JIRA, ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

Experience:

  • Strong experience managing end-to-end software testing and UAT.

  • Experience leading test programs and coordinating cross-functional testing teams.

  • Experience developing test strategies, plans, cases, execution schedules, and acceptance criteria.

  • Strong defect management and stakeholder communication experience.

  • Experience managing testing delivery, risks, quality, scope, and schedules.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
