Admissions Director – Ridgewood Manor (Full-Time) – Maumee, OH

We are currently seeking a full-time Admissions Director with proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care to lead the admissions process at our Maumee, Ohio facility. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a team that values collaboration, compassion, and results.
What You’ll Do:Coordinate and manage all aspects of the admissions process for our skilled nursing facility
Build and maintain positive relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community referral sources
Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for new residents
Manage pre-admission assessments, tours, inquiries, and documentation
Track admission data and provide timely reports to leadership
Previous experience as an Admissions Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting is REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/Managed Care insurance and regulations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
