Bookkeeper

Our client is a successful and growing organization looking to identify an experiencedBookkeeper. This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who enjoys managing day-to-day financial operations and keeping the books accurate for amulti-million-dollar business ($6MM+ annually).

Position Overview

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for full-cycle bookkeeping activities, includingAccounts Payable (AP),Accounts Receivable (AR), billing, and general financial record maintenance. This position supports operational expenses such astruck toll tags, vehicle registrations, and recurring bill payments, while ensuring timely invoicing and cash flow accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-daybookkeepingfunctions with accuracy and consistency
• ManageAccounts Payable, including vendor bills, truck toll tag charges, registrations, and recurring expenses
• HandleAccounts Receivable, including invoicing customers and applying payments
• Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain organized financial records
• Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close activities
• Maintain and update financial data inQuickBooks Online
• Generate basic financial reports and support leadership with accounting insights
• UseMicrosoft Excelto track, reconcile, and analyze financial data

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar accounting role
• Strong knowledge ofAP, AR, and general bookkeeping practices
• Experience supporting ahigh-volume or multi-million-dollar operation
• Proficiency inQuickBooks Online
• Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suite, especiallyExcel
• High attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
