As a DSP, you will:

• Assist with daily living activities such as meals, personal care, toileting, bathing, lifting & transferring, errands, and more.
• Encourage independence and participation in the community.
• Build positive and supportive relationships.
• Help individuals work toward their personal goals.
• Create fun, safe, and engaging experiences.
