Accounts Payable Specialistin
Gainesville, GA.In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, entering orders, and overall customer satisfaction. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.
In a
Accounts Payable Specialistrole youll be responsible for:
- Customer billing
- Complex vendor invoice entry
- Reconcile invoices with receiving documents and/or verify approval of invoices prior to entering
- Data entry, filing, scanning
- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
- Must have good attendance and adhere to timelines and schedules
- Maintain various Excel worksheets.
- Research and resolve discrepancies and issues
What you'll need:
- At least 1 year of AP/AR experience
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Suite- Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience ininvoicing, billing, and payment processing
Preferred:
- Global Shop or ERP for Manufacturing system is a plus
- Basic accounting, journal entries, general ledgers, experience/knowledge preferred
Schedule:
M-Th
7:00am- 5:30pm
