Bilingual Training Specialist

$35/hour, 3-month contract-to-hire, full-time permanent upon conversion.

Full benefits through RPC during the contract and once you convert to the client's payroll, you move onto their full-time benefits package too.

Day shift, with occasional support to 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Bilingual English / Spanish required.

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent English and Spanish is required for this role no exceptions.

Background in manufacturing, production, quality, or EHS. Hands-on experience with GMP, HACCP, or SQF is strongly preferred. ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, not required the company trains.

JOB DUTIES

• Build and maintain the site-wide training matrix onboarding, job-specific, annual refresher, EHS, and food-safety training
• Design and roll out a stronger onboarding program for new hires
• Map manufacturing processes, then write and maintain SOPs across the floor
• Run a cyclical review program for all procedures
• Sit on the internal audit and GMP teams; keep training and documentation records audit-ready
• Find the gaps between what's written and what's actually happening on the floor, and close them
• Train and communicate with staff in both English and Spanish
