Tire Manufacturing Production Associate

Schedule: 12-hour swing shift; rotates between days and nights every 28 days

About the Position
We are hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced tire manufacturing facility. Employees may work in material handling, general production, extrusion, or reject tire processing based on their experience and production needs.
This company operates on a swing shift. Employees work 12-hour shifts and rotate between day and night shifts every 28 days.
Expect to get dirty and work in hot conditions. The facility is not climate-controlled, so indoor temperatures may reflect the weather outside.
What You’ll Do
Operate or assist with tire manufacturing machinery.
Load, move, organize, and label materials or tires.
Feed materials into machines and monitor equipment.
Inspect products for quality and report problems.
Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and communicate with maintenance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S standards.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
What We’re Looking For
Manufacturing, warehouse, machine-operation, or tire-industry experience is preferred.
Mechanical aptitude and basic problem-solving skills.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and rotate between days and nights every 28 days.
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Ability to lift, push, or move materials as required. Some assignments require handling 50–100 pounds with approved assistance or equipment when applicable.
Ability to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
Workplace Requirements
Steel-toe shoes and required PPE must be worn.
Long pants are required; shorts are not permitted.
No jewelry, fake nails, nail polish, or false eyelashes.
Clothing may not display profanity or derogatory images.
