TEMPHYBRID CSR | $26.00 + DOE|Wayne, PA| M-F 7:30-6:00 P.M. Multiple Day Shifts
What Matters Most:
  • Competitive Pay of $26.00 + 28.50 per hour plus additional compensation
  • Wayne, PA.Must reside within 50 miles radius
  • 3days /week onsite for first 3 months. After 3 months2 daysonsite
  • Temporary Contract – Approximately 6 Months with Potential for Extension
  • Training & Schedule During the first four weeks, hours:9:30 AM–65:00 PM CST.
  • Following training, employees will transition to one of the following schedules:
  • 8:30 AM–5:00 PMEST/9:00 AM–5:30 PMEST/10:00AM–7:00 PMEST
  • Candidates should have flexibilityand be able toworkany of the available schedules.
  • A high probability that new employees will initially be assigned to a later shift.

Your New Opportunity:Are you a customer service professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment?
We are seeking a Customer ServiceRepresentativeto join a collaborative customer support team. In this role, you will assist customers and vendors by phone, email, and chat with questions related to their accounts, payments, documents, and online account access. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous call center, service industry, banking, leasing, insurance, or financial services experience who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who can manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, andpositivecustomer experience.
What You Will Do:
· Answer inbound customer and vendor calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced call center environment.
· Handle approximately 50–60 inbound calls per day.
· Respond to customer requests and provide accurate information within established service timeframes.
· Process customer payment requests and answer payment-related questions.
· Request lease payoff quotes and provide conditional sales buyout information.
· Generate and provide customer documents, including invoice copies, contract copies,
amortization schedules, and bills of sale.
· Answer general customer questions regarding taxes, insurance, payments, and end-of-lease processes.
· Assist customers with basic technical issues, including password resets, login issues, and online
portal navigation.
· Update customer account information, including billing addresses, contact information, and
paymentinformation.
· Research customer questions and work toward timely and accurate resolutions.
· Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and account updates.
· Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to deliverexcellentcustomer experience.
· Complete additional responsibilities and projects assigned by the Team Lead.
What You Need
· High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
· 1–3 years of customer service experience.
· Previous experience working in a telephone call center or high-volume customer service environment.
· Ability to comfortably handle approximately 50–60 inbound calls each day.
· Financial services experience is highly preferred.
· Banking, leasing, lending, insurance, billing, payment processing, or similar experience is a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
· Strong attention to detail when working with customer accounts and payment information.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
· Ability to learn new computer systems and customer portals.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Flexibility and confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven employment stability and longevity in relevant customer service positions preferred.
