Power-Flo Technologies New England is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our CT team. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help facilitate the sales of automation, sensing, and electric heating products.
Full-time. Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
- Generating proposals
- Entering and processing sales orders
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Answering customer questions regarding order status
- Processing returns
- Assisting with pricing administration
Qualifications:
- Inside sales/Customer service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting, in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and reconciliation skills necessary
- Epicor Solar Eclipse knowledge a plus
- Valid and clean NYS driver's license
