Position Summary
The Front of House Barista provides excellent customer service while preparing quality beverages and maintaining a clean, organized caf. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly attitude.
- Take orders and operate the POS system accurately.
- Prepare coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages to caf standards.
- Serve pastries and light food items.
- Maintain cleanliness of the caf, bar, and dining area.
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Learn different closing positions
Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
