An Automobile Mechanic independently performs maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles including passenger cars, commercial trucks, motorcycles, and specialty vehicles. This role requires technical expertise in engine repair, brake maintenance, and electrical systems, with a focus on diagnostic testing and routine inspections to ensure optimal vehicle performance. Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain engines and related components
- Perform brake system maintenance and repairs
- Conduct diagnostic testing to identify vehicle issues
- Inspect and repair electrical systems

Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in automotive repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
