Corporate Employee Systems Manager (Human Resource)

Job Summary

Aviata Health Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Employee Systems Manager (Human Resource) to join our team in Tampa, Florida. As a vital member of our HR department, you will be responsible for maintaining good communications and relationships with operations leadership and employees, while providing exceptional support to the Chief People Officer and Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities

  • Serve as a resource for the HRIS system and PCC, ensuring efficient and effective management of company employee software systems

  • Provide HR analysis and insight into recruiting, labor management, employee retention, employee relations, HR regulatory compliance, and HR initiatives

  • Support Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring employees receive access to PCC as needed and terminate access as needed

  • Develop and implement training and development initiatives to improve overall understanding of the HRIS system

  • Oversee system lifecycle tasks, including users provisioning and upgrades

  • Complete Level II backgrounds and Reference Checks for Management Level Employees and order equipment

  • Manage employee files for Management Level Employees

  • Assist back-end office in tracking FMLA and FMLA

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years IT experience in long term care in a multiple facility capacity

  • Expert personal computer skills, including electronic mail, record keeping, routine data base activity, word processing, spreadsheet applications, graphics, etc.

  • Ability to work independently and possess exceptional team building and people skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to cope with stress associated with changing census and workload pressures

  • Ability to prioritize and time-manage effectively for self and others

  • Knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment

  • Ability to deal with a wide range of personality types, ages, and diverse cultural backgrounds

  • Ability to articulate and comprehend the English language
