Warehouse Associate – Order Fulfillment & Inventory

Liquidation Lane LLC is a growing pallet liquidation and e-commerce business looking to add a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to our team in Saint Joseph, Minnesota.

We sell a high volume of merchandise through live online auctions, which means our warehouse moves quickly! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a small and growing business.

Position Details

Starting Pay: $14.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Regular Hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Saturdays: Every other Saturday may be required. Additional Saturdays may occasionally be necessary due to scheduling needs, holidays, missed weekends, or higher order volume.

Schedules will generally be released 2–3 weeks in advance so employees can plan accordingly.

A 90-day performance review will be completed with the opportunity for a pay increase based on attendance, reliability, performance, productivity, and overall job performance.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities may include:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Sorting, organizing, and stocking incoming inventory
• Preparing merchandise from pallets and truckloads for upcoming live sales
• Matching products to customer orders and shipping labels
• Packaging products safely for shipment
• Keeping packing and warehouse areas clean and organized
• Breaking down boxes and disposing of packaging materials
• Assisting with incoming pallet and truckload inventory
• Helping maintain accurate inventory organization
• Assisting with customer messages and basic order-related questions when needed
• Working alongside owners and other team members to meet daily shipping and packing goals
• Performing other general warehouse duties as needed

• Able to bend, reach, lift, carry, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks
• Willing to learn our inventory, packing, and shipping processes
• Comfortable working as part of a small team
• Respectful, positive, and professional in the workplace
• Able to follow instructions and workplace safety procedures
• Comfortable using a phone, tablet, or computer for basic order-related tasks

Warehouse or fulfillment experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
