Thrive Homes is hiring a
detaildriven, missionaligned Home Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). This role is ideal for someone who leads with integrity, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured, compliancefocused care setting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of Tennessee DDA rules and regulations
- 1 year supervisory experience in IDD services or3 years as a DSP
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration Certificates
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, clear background checks
- Adequate vehicle insurance and all HRrequired documents
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily home operations and uphold agency Mission, Vision, and Values
- Ensure full compliance with DDA and licensure standards
- Supervise, coach, and train DSP staff
- Coordinate with families, care teams, and medical providers
- Support personcentered outcomes and community integration
- Manage medical appointments, physician orders, and MAR compliance
- Maintain home safety, cleanliness, emergency preparedness, and vehicle safety
- Handle scheduling, attendance, and provide directsupport coverage when needed
- Complete required documentation and financial procedures
- Participate in leadership meetings and oncall rotation
