Supportive Living Coach

Supported Living Coach (SLC) needed for a female and male consumer living in the same home in the Wesley Chapel area.

SLC will work alongside Behavioral Analysts, Personal Supports, and Vocational Rehabilitation Employment Coaches to assist consumers with developing and maintaining independent living skills. Duties may include: weekly grocery shopping, transportation to doctor’s appointments, budgeting assistance, community integration, and support with daily living goals.

Schedule & Pay

This position includes services for two individuals, totaling 10 hours per week of Supported Living Coaching services (5 hours per week per consumer) at $25.00 per hour.

Additional companion hours may also be available at $17.00 per hour.

Requirements:

• Valid Supported Living Coaching Certification through APD required
• Current CPR certification required
• Current APD-required trainings must be completed and maintained
  
• Level 2 background screening required

Additional Requirements:

• MUST have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• MUST be dependable, professional, and able to maintain appropriate documentation
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
